I’m running for Park District Commissioner because I want to ensure that the PDHP remains a leader in providing these opportunities—not just for us today, but for future generations. My vision is to preserve what makes PDHP truly special while continuing to enhance its offerings so that every resident can live healthier, more connected, and fulfilling lives.

Steve Greenberg has been a proud Highland Park resident since 1965, evolving his passionate commitment to the people, parks, and natural areas that define the Highland Park community. A husband, father, and grandfather, Steve’s family represents five generations of engagement with Highland Park’s parks, a connection that inspires his vision for ensuring their sustainability and accessibility for generations to come.
